On the 11th, 12th and 13th of November 2008, The Finishing Academy of Ireland played host to an exciting number of open evenings to the general public to showcase the launch of “Bitch” mineral make-up by “Beauty by Eva”.
The Finishing Academy of Irelands in-house beauty expert Eva Byrne (proprietor of Eye Candy Beauty Salon in Kilcullen, Co.Kildare.) created her own unique make-up range, specialising in mineral based make-up which is ideal for any skin type or skin problem hence the cheeky name:
“BITCH” meaning Beauty Is Trustworthy Caring and Harmless.
Eva and her colleague Lisa Byrne (Pink Daisy Beauty Salon) treated ladies on the night to make-up demonstrations teaching them the easy and correct application of mineral make-up.
To make the most of our beautiful building here in Johnstown House we also had style rooms which comprised of a number of local designers and boutiques displaying their best buys for the up coming silly season! These included Handbags and Gladrags accessories from Naas, Mademoiselle ladieswear from Naas, Tui ladieswear from Naas and Katini footwear from Newbridge to name but a few….
Ladies were treated to a glass of bubbly and some gorgeous canapes. The open evenings were a roaring success and The Finishing Academy of Ireland would like to thank everbody who participated.
