Nature’s Options health food store in Newbridge, held a very successful weekend in Johnstown House on 31st January and 1st February. There was great interest shown and a steady flow of people took part in the workshops on both Saturday and Sunday showing the increasing interest in natural foods and complementary therapies that are available on the market.
The general public availed of treatments including Amatsu physical therapy. aromatherapy hot stone massage, swiss foot reflex treatments, nutrition/allergy testing, homeopathy, life coaching workshops etc.
According to Bernie Gaffney, Proprietor of Nature’s Options, Newbridge, people have very busy schedules and it is essential to have time to relax and repair both mind and body. The weekend proved to be hugely popular and may be repeated in the future.
