After showering rub Epsom Salts all over wet skin and rinse off , skin will be soft and refreshed after.
For a cost effective facial mix 1 teaspoon Epsom Salts into deep cleansing cream, rinse off with cool water. It wont cost the earth!!
Last but not least soak in a bath with 2 cups of Epsom salts plus a few drops of your favourite fragrance and soak for at least 15 mins, luxury without the price tag……….
Club together with some friends & buy a bucket of Epsom Salts in your nearest health shop of chemist it works out much cheaper….
