Need to relieve stress during your long day whether working in an office/shop or studying take a 15 minute walk, fresh air and plenty of water during the day will give you a great boost to complete your day.
Don’t forget your all important breakfast after a nights sleep your body has a burst of energy and needs fuel. To keep your sugar levels up for the rest of the day eat small and often, try to avoid fizzy drinks & sweets which will only give a quick burst of energy but the fall is swift and fast.
