All aspects of personal style including:

  • how to wear colour, what suits you best and how to mix and match;
  • what clothes and shapes suit you best;
  • Dressing on a budget – making smart shopping decisions;
  • How to shop smartly and avoid costly mistakes;
  • Where to shop; how to accessorise; how to update your wardrobe without spending a fortune;
  • Dressing to impress whether  for work, leisure-time or socialising;
  • Body Language – posture, hand-shaking, eye-contact (all contributing to a great first impression and increased confidence)

Skin care and make-up Workshop

  • How to develop a simple and easy BEAUTY routine, top tips for make-up whether you wear a little or a lot, without spending a fortune. (includes a demonstration).

Etiquette in Today’s World

  • Covers all areas of basic good manners in business and social situations.  What  is and what is not acceptable in todays modern world.

 

Presented by FRANCES JONES OF IMAGE MATTERS (based in Sandymount in Dublin and in business since 2001 with a range of clients from all walks of life.  Frances has a wealth of experience in the whole area of personal image and her clients (both men and women) are from all walks of life.  Frances is passionate about what she does and instils great confidence and knowledge to her clients so that not only do they look great, they feel great too!

Session will be fun, interactive and full of practical tips and advice.

Course notes will be distributed at conclusion of bootcamp.
