Business Information Technology (IT)

Designed to give the learner the relevant skills to author WebPages and to design, construct and maintain a website.

Desktop Publishing E20003

Enables the learner to produce various printed documents containing text and graphic images from design briefing to printing.

Designed to give the learner the relevant knowledge and skills to use the internet as a communication and research tool effectively

Word Processing B20032

Enables learners to develop their word processing skills, understanding and application of word processing software and file management techniques.

Lectures on setting up your own Business including PAYE, PRSI & VAT

Work Experience is an integral part of the course and is deemed to be compulsory.

Course Duration

The course is full time from October – May.  Students will be required to attend lectures/practicals four days per week and one day per week will be given to work experience.
